Connect ticketing data

Connect Jira Connect Jira Cloud to Neo.Tax over OAuth, using a user that can read the projects you want analyzed. Connect Linear You can connect Linear either directly through oAuth (easier) or by creating an API token (more control). Connect GitHub with the GitHub App To connect GitHub to Neo.Tax, you will install the Neo.Tax GitHub App on your GitHub organization. Connect GitHub with a personal access token Connect GitHub to Neo.Tax with a personal access token. Connect GitLab To connect GitLab to Neo.Tax, you'll create a bot user in your own GitLab with read-only access to the group you want Neo.Tax to analyze, and paste its access token into Neo.Tax. Export tickets from Jira If your organization uses JIRA and cannot connect via API, you can export the data from JIRA and upload it to the Data Sources page in Neo.Tax. Export tickets from Azure DevOps If your organization uses AzureDevOps, you can export the data from ADO and upload it to the Data Sources page in Neo.Tax. Export Azure DevOps tickets with Power BI This guide provides an alternative to our manual workflow for exporting tickets from ADO. Export timesheets If your team tracks effort in any timesheet or time-tracking system like ClarityPPM, Oracle Time and Labor, Smartsheets, AdobeWorkfront, Deltek, or other system, you can easily export that time data to Neo.Tax to calculate your R&D allocations. Project management best practices We’ve built Neo.Tax to handle your data no matter how messy it is. Export tickets from other systems Export the complete set of tickets/tasks or other timetracking for the tax year with all available columns.
